DescriptionThe Finance organization is responsible for leading and participating in a number ofcritical functions including: supporting executive management decisions making by analyzing results, assessing strategic alternatives and developing strategic plans;communicating financial results and forecasts with critical stakeholders, including executive management and Board of Directors, shareholders and regulators; managing the Company’sbalance sheet, including interest rate and liquidity risks; establishes the Company’s capitalpolicies and prioritizes investments; develops and implements controls to reduce operationalrisk; developing and maintaining financial data and systems. The Finance organizationworks across functions and Business lines in the Company, requiring a broad understanding ofour business, risk andstrategy.
Reconciles internal reporting of financial and operational data in Capital Management Processes.
Executes controls on key financial and riskdata.
Executes and reports on SOXcontrols.
Reconciles accounting entries and reports.
Communicates effectively with internalstakeholders.
Authorized to exercise independent judgement when necessary to complete funding transfers for the Bank (inclusive ofsizable transactions).
Analyzes peer benchmarking and perform detail-oriented analyticsreporting.
Qualifications[EDUCATION] Bachelor's Degree; in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent field. [WORK EXPERIENCE] 0-3 years; Relatable experience in Banking or financial services industry [SKILLS AND ABILITIES] Ability to convey a sense of urgency and drive.,Ability to work well within a team and prioritize tasks and handle numberous assignment simultaneously.,Detail oriented with ability to research, organize and analyze financial data.,Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills.,Possesses good judgment and strong analytical ability.,Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, QRM, MS Outlook,Strong interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills required.,Strong verbal and written communication skills [PHYSICAL DEMANDS] Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing, and walking.
