The Social Marketing Management will head up the strategic evolution of our Social Media Marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Digital Marketing channels.  The lead will manage the strategic execution of all Social & SEO content, in partnership with our agencies, and leading all supporting tactics such as risk management, paid promotion of posts, creative and content production, measurement and reporting, tech optimizations, and optimizing our supporting tool set inclusive of listening tools.  This lead will partner tightly with other Digital Marketing leads in Content Marketing, SEM, Attribution, and with other parts of the organization where tighter governance and cultivating of Social is a business opportunity.
The ideal candidate for this position will keep pace with Social & SEO evolution, possess strong digital strategy and production management skills, and have strong analytical, optimization and project management skills. 
  • Develop, refine, and execute social marketing recommendations and paid promotion in partnership with product and brand teams.
  • Ensure creative and audience targeting drives results and is leveraging past learnings and new testing, i.e. to ensure that we have a “closed loop” test – measure – learn approach: understand prior campaign performance & learning; ensure learnings are used to inform future campaign design.
  • Manage monthly creative production. 
  • Manage integration with other Content & SEO strategies. 
  • Evolve pool of social content opportunities with PR, Corporate Comms, Business Lines, HR
  • Develop monthly reporting and optimization recommendations
  • Manage Social agency partners 
  • Partner with Customer Service and Sales on Social opportunities and evolution
  • Provide social monitoring reporting to manage risks and identify opportunities
  • Manage listening tool evolution and usage
  • Manage risk via policy and process evolution
  • Develop, refine, and execute SEO content, linking strategy, and tech optimizations in partnership with SEO/Content agencies and internal product, brand, and content writing teams.
  • Ensure SEO drives measurable product and brand results, leverages past learnings and new testing
  • Manage monthly content production with agencies, web site team, IT 
  • Manage integration with other Content strategies 
  • Optimize Local SEO management through management of directory listings, local site pages
  • Manage merchandising on local branch pages
  • Develop monthly reporting and optimization recommendations
  • Support digital attribution tracking to strengthen the intelligence of our digital investment mix
  • Manage SEO agency partners 
  • Develop ROI projections and business cases to increase annual investment.
  • Develop quarterly internal education on innovation, and competitor, channel, and consumer insights.
  • Lead process improvement, and infrastructure needs development with all execution partners: agency, web operations/infrastructure team, tech development and QA partners; product managers, digital & content teams, brand team, analytics team.
  • Establish and Maintain creative and messaging guidelines and governance, intake prioritization process, style guides. 


  • BA in Marketing, eCommerce or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7-10 years digital marketing experience, with 2-4 years specialization in SEO and Social.
  • Digital marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social marketing, web and marketing analytics, A/B split and multivariate testing.
