Digital Marketing Program Manager

The Digital Marketing Program Manager will own the end-to-end program delivery for multiple Digital Marketing programs, with an emphasis on Content Marketing Hubs, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Content, Digital Advertising Production and Web User Experiences upgrades.

The position requires the ability to coordinate strategic activity across external and internal agencies, with Digital Marketing Channel owners, with Product Marketers and Business Lines, and because this is a highly regulated industry, with Legal/Compliance/Risk reviewers. 

The ideal candidate will be extremely detailed and deadline-oriented, able to inspire partners for timely delivery, hungry for continuous improvement, and thoughtful about applying strategy across programs.

The candidate will also participate in the development of strategy and measurement for a wide variety of digital programs and channels, making it a unique opportunity for a Digital Marketer seeking to broadly expand their digital marketing channel experience rapidly, and to become a strong Brand Marketing guardian.

This position requires strong project management and reprioritization experience, the ability to collaborate across teams with influential oral and written communication skills, and strong adherence to workflow tool usage. 


  • Program and project manage the end-to-end delivery of  multiple Digital Marketing programs, across Digital Advertising, Content, SEO, Social and Web UX
  • Continuously evolve the delivery process to improve the speed to market and efficiency for these Digital Marketing programs. 
  • Manage the third party vendor management requirements and budget management requirements for Digital Marketing programs.       
  • Develops, refines, and executes online media recommendations with media, SEM/SEO and creative.
  • Ensures learnings are used to inform future campaign designs.
  • Ensures new buys and creative will drive results and are leveraging past learning's to ensure that we have a closed loop test measure learn approach.
  • Identifies and builds additional online advertising / acquisition opportunities for the Company.
  • Manages front-end SEO page development implementation and optimization.
  • Manages the weekly online tracking compilation, analysis, optimization recommendations for all online advertising.
  • Performs and analyzes ad copy and landing page tests to increase conversion rates.
  • Produces landing pages & microsites for direct and traditional media.
  • Provides strategic oversight and day-to-day management of all search marketing and digital media acquisition and cross-sell efforts for assigned business lines.
  • Provides universal ad creative and landing page production for all search and online media, onsite promotion.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent field
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent field or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 9-12 years of program/project management experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 specific to content marketing, SEO, Social, Display or SEM.
  • Financial Services or regulated industry rules/regulations pertaining to advertising / marketing is a plus. 
  • Expandable capacity / excellent time management skills.
  • Must possess strong digital media buying and ad production management skills.
  • Passion for staying abreast of web and online trends.
  • Stays abreast digital vendor evolution.
  • Strong analytical, optimization skills, internal stakeholder management skills, and project management skills.
  • Ability to strategically evolve program and process management.
  • Capable of organizing and managing complicated projects with numerous stakeholders
  • Influential communication skills to drive on-time delivery and engagement with the programs
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment.
